Product Redistribution Prohibition
ANY REDISTRIBUTION OF CHATGPTFN PRODUCTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND NOT ALLOWED.
Distributing, sharing, reselling, or otherwise redistributing any ChatGPTFN products, license keys, or proprietary content is a serious violation of our terms and will result in immediate action.
Consequences of Redistribution
If you are found to be redistributing our products, the following actions will be taken:
- Immediate permanent ban from all ChatGPTFN services and Discord servers
- Instant revocation and blacklisting of all associated license keys
- Legal action may be pursued for copyright infringement and intellectual property theft
- Financial penalties and claims for damages may be enforced
- Public disclosure of violation in our community (username/handle may be shared)
- No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses
- Hardware ID permanently blacklisted from future purchases
What Constitutes Redistribution
The following activities are considered redistribution and are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing your license key with others
- Reselling or attempting to resell products or licenses
- Uploading product files to file-sharing websites or platforms
- Sharing access to your customer Discord account
- Providing product files or executables to non-customers
- Creating or distributing modified versions of our products
- Posting product content, code, or files publicly online
- Abusing customer discounts to purchase for others
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of someone redistributing our products, please report it immediately to our support team via Discord. We take all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly.
Data Collection
We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services:
- Email address for purchase confirmation and support
- Discord username for server access verification
- Hardware ID (HWID) for license key validation
- Payment information processed securely through our payment processor
