    No Refund Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

    Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery system, all purchases are non-refundable once the license key has been issued and access to our customer Discord has been granted.

    Why No Refunds?

    Our no-refund policy exists for several important reasons:

    • Products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed
    • Digital products cannot be recovered or resold after delivery
    • License keys are permanently linked to your hardware ID upon activation
    • You receive immediate access to proprietary software and private Discord communities
    • Refund abuse and fraud are significant concerns in the digital products industry

    Before You Purchase

    Please ensure you fully understand what you are purchasing before completing your transaction:

    • Review product descriptions, features, and system requirements carefully
    • Ask questions in our public Discord before purchasing if you have concerns
    • Ensure your system meets Windows 10 or Windows 11 requirements
    • Understand that license keys are locked to one hardware ID (HWID)
    • Verify you have read and agree to our Terms of Service

    Technical Issues

    If you experience technical issues with our products after purchase:

    • Contact our support team immediately through Discord
    • Our dedicated support staff will work with you to resolve issues
    • Most technical problems can be resolved with proper troubleshooting
    • We provide lifetime updates and ongoing technical support

    However, technical issues do not qualify for refunds. We are committed to helping you resolve any problems through our support channels.

    Unauthorized Charges

    If you believe you have been charged for a purchase you did not authorize:

    • Contact us immediately through Discord with transaction details
    • Provide proof of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity
    • We will investigate and take appropriate action if fraud is confirmed

    Chargebacks and Disputes

    Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent consequences:

    • Instant revocation of all license keys and product access
    • Permanent ban from all ChatGPTFN services and Discord servers
    • Hardware ID blacklisting preventing future purchases
    • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

    Always contact our support team first before initiating any payment dispute. We are here to help resolve legitimate issues without resorting to chargebacks.

    Special Circumstances

    In extremely rare cases involving system errors or duplicate charges, we may offer:

    • Credit toward future purchases
    • License key transfers (at our discretion)
    • Extended support services

    Upgrading to a New PC

    While we don't offer refunds, verified customers can purchase a new license key at 50% off for use on a different PC. This discount is only available through our customer panel and is intended exclusively for existing customers.

    Acceptance of Policy

    By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy. You confirm that you understand all sales are final and that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
